Particle enhanced technology.

Particle Enhanced Technology improves avidity with crystal clear agglutination. The technology employs dialysing the Antigen or Antibody to be coated into a low ionic strength buffer 1-2 pH units above the Isoelectric point of Antigen or Antibody. extensively pre-washed latex microspheres with coating buffer enhances the binding with antigen or antibody.

The coated microspheres (latex) are post coated with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) thus stabilising the binding system.

Particle Enhanced Technology results in unique rapid binding of coated latex particles with the serum Antigen or Antibody, leading to an enhanced Particle agglutination for clear visualisation of positive results and opaque background in case of negative results.
